Job Overview

The primary function of this role is to prepare and disseminate accurate and timely financial statements for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial data into comprehensive statements.
  • Perform key accounting tasks including financial data entry/import, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations with precision and efficiency.
  • Maintain asset records and assist in tax return preparation during peak seasons.
  • Reconcile books across multiple entities on a regular basis.
  • Manage accounts payable processing through integrated software systems.
  • Support client-facing teams with close activities and provide expert advice when required.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in accounting with a strong foundation in cash and tax basis principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; strong data management skills.
  • Certified in QuickBooks Online (QBO preferred); experience with Accounting CS an advantage.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively as part of a team.
