Mobile User Growth Specialist

We are seeking a talented Mobile User Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for scaling mobile user growth for our Mode Earn App and other apps.

Your primary focus will be on paid user acquisition campaigns across various platforms, including Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, programmatic DSPs, and rewarded ad networks. You will plan, launch, and optimize these campaigns to drive maximum growth, analyzing performance data to inform your decisions.

  • Campaign Execution: Develop and execute paid user acquisition campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring timely launches and optimal performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, using insights to optimize and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, product managers, and data analysts to develop and refine marketing strategies.
  • Innovation and Experimentation: Identify new growth channels, networks, and strategies to stay ahead of the competition and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years of hands-on experience buying mobile app or gaming ads with significant budgets and achieving target KPIs.
  • Proven ability to scale user acquisition efficiently in a mobile-first or mobile gaming environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, fluent in Excel/Sheets, and familiar with tools like MixPanel, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Singular (BI Tools & Attribution Frameworks).
  • Experience with MMPs and performance marketing attribution.
  • Data-informed mindset and curiosity to test, learn, and iterate quickly.
