UI/UX Design Lead - Aged Care Mobile App

We're seeking a seasoned UI/UX design professional to spearhead the end-to-end design of our consumer-facing aged care mobile app. This role requires hands-on experience in health or medical tech products, specifically with user interface and user experience design.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with at least 2 years designing health or medical tech products. They should also have expertise in designing for older adults (ages 65 to 80) with a strong focus on accessibility and usability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of the consumer-facing aged care mobile app, working closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams
  • Conduct design research and user analysis to inform design decisions
  • Establish a design system that meets the unique needs of the aged care market
  • Collaborate with marketing design teams as needed
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably with health or medical tech products
  • Experience designing for older adults (ages 65 to 80)
  • Strong design research skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Figma, a proactive, self-driven attitude, and a strong portfolio showcasing clean, custom work
