Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to support our U.S.-based healthcare client. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in coordinating patient care, ensuring seamless communication, and providing exceptional service.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, responding to patient inquiries with accurate and timely information.
  • Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and rescheduling, maintaining a high level of service across multiple communication channels.
  • Respond to patient text messages and emails, mirroring data between Practice Fusion and AdvancedMD systems, while upholding confidentiality and accuracy standards in compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including fax handling, new patient documentation, and record maintenance, supporting the team as needed.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in patient coordination or a similar role.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with EHR/EMR systems, such as Practice Fusion and AdvancedMD (training provided).
  • Proficiency with office software, email systems, and document management.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive patient data.
