We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our Customer Support team as a Mandarin Language Specialist.

This role involves addressing customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with timely and accurate responses.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Escalating issues to teammates and the engineering team when necessary
  • Maintaining a positive attitude toward customers at all times
  • Participating in initiatives driving company growth

The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.

They must be fluent in both Mandarin and English verbally and written, have phone support experience, and be familiar with help desk software and remote support tools.

Additionally, they should be able to work during the US time zone and have reliable internet connectivity.
