Job Description

MKIT is looking for a Compliance Coordinator Assistant to provide administrative and legal support to our Legal Department. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support
    • Support the legal team in drafting and proofreading legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Compliance and Documentation
    • Assist in reviewing contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with banking laws and internal policies.
    • Stay up-to-date with legal and regulatory updates relevant to the banking industry.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and precedents affecting banking operations.
    • Provide summaries and reports to assist the legal team in decision-making.
  • Coordination and Communication
    • Communicate with external parties, including lawyers and government agencies.
    • Respond to basic inquiries and requests for legal assistance.
  • Corporate Governance
    • Prepare and maintain accurate minutes of key corporate meetings.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
