**Job Overview:**

The Associate Category Manager role involves working closely with Global Procurement category teams to manage, review and negotiate contracts. This includes collaborating with attorneys to ensure smooth contract execution.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a group of suppliers by collecting spend and performance data, reviewing and categorizing spend data, initiating business reviews, and delivering reports using data visualization tools.
  • Work with Category Leads or Directors to ensure accurate supplier classification and perform change requests when necessary.
  • Coordinate PR/PO approvals with Category Leads or Directors.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

  • Manage annual supplier rebates, including running reports, communicating with suppliers, liaising with stakeholders, ensuring collection from suppliers, and reporting in procurement tools.
  • Involved in contract management, including regular contract expiration report for Category Leads, uploading contracts to the online repository, and routing agreements for electronic signature.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or Operations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience in medium to large company environment.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or others.
  • Ability to work with large data sets and deliver relevant results.
