About the Role

The Training Officer at People360 Consulting Corporation is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our training activities. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support, prepare training materials and equipment, and assist trainers and facilitators.

You will also be responsible for regular backups, preparing OSH/First Aid training report requirements, and serving as the focal point for e-related programs and internet concerns. Additionally, you will perform routine computer troubleshooting, maintenance and cleaning of office equipment, and printing certificates of participants during training.

As a key component of our training team, you will develop and maintain critical databases, facilitate speaker/instructor training, and monitor activities and schedules of other OSH training providers and Assessment Centre.
