We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our organization as a Bookkeeper. This individual must have exceptional English skills and strong interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts payable cycles, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payment resolutions.
  • Support billing and payment issues across departments, maintaining open communication channels.
  • Manage corporate credit cards, adhering to internal policies and controls.
  • Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and annual close activities, preparing reports as required by senior management.
  • Audit credit card statements to verify entries and limits, suggesting improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaise between business units to process sales commissions on time.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and analysis, focusing on financial research and market intelligence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance (preferred).
  • At least 2-3 years of bookkeeping experience, with QuickBooks expertise essential.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, establish priorities, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications.
  • Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality.

Technical Requirements:

  • Stable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
  • Computer with at least 8GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor or equivalent.
  • Noise-cancelling headset.
  • Backup internet connection (prepaid home WiFi router or pocket WiFi).
