  • Respond to all internal and external client demands for data and information on the market in a timely and precise manner.
  • Support leasing associates by providing market analysis, statistics, and research.
  • Perform research on market trends across various commercial and residential real estate property segments.
  • Compose well-written, analytical reports by integrating information from a variety of sources and drawing conclusions about the subject's current and future performance.
  • Work closely with the Brokerage, Marketing, and Business Development team to enhance company presentations, possible new service pitches, and act as these teams' value-add member.
  • Stay updated on the latest real estate trends.
