Career Opportunity in Customer Due Diligence (CDD)


Our team is looking for a skilled professional to perform high-quality Customer Due Diligence reviews, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate assessments.


Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough due diligence reviews for client onboarding, periodic regular requirements, and event-driven reviews.
  • Carrying out name and adverse media screening of clients, related parties, entities, directors, and beneficial owners using the bank's screening tool.
  • Reviewing account opening information, analyzing client type, nature of business, source of funds, ultimate beneficial owner/s, exposure to politically exposed persons (PEPs), and applying corresponding due diligence procedures.
  • Performing enhanced due diligence when necessary, requesting additional information via email or phone as required, and communicating clearly with customers by phone or email.
  • Maintaining individual KPIs and SLAs set by operations teams.
  • Recommending high-risk accounts to AML CDD senior analysts if unable to mitigate risk.
  • Participating in process improvement initiatives with high diligence and ownership, providing input on suggestions related to CDD processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • 6 months to 2 years of work experience in Customer Due Diligence or related roles.
  • Strong analytical skills; able to work well and make sound decisions based on policy and procedures in place.
  • Preferably with experience in KYC and basic customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar programs.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
