Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Identifying and qualifying potential suppliers through thorough analysis and evaluation.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and conditions.
- Managing procurement budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand their purchasing needs and provide recommendations for cost savings opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as supply chain management, business administration, or logistics.
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field with a strong understanding of procurement principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of procurement software and systems.
