Job Opportunity: Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of Technical Account Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful integration of our products with small to enterprise-level clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and tactical client services to complex and high-touch clients
  • Understand customer needs and translate them into strategic solutions and recommendations
  • Present large group meetings for clients regarding our product suite
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting to clients during implementation and deployment of our technology products
  • Work with the engineering team to scope, prioritize, and manage customer requests
  • Communicate effectively with clients through written and verbal interactions
  • Be the subject matter expert for all technical TrustArc products
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and learn new products quickly
  • Manage projects within agreed-upon timelines and monitor client expectations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software technical support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers
  • Understanding of technical documentation including product specs and API integrations
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales
