Job Opportunity

As a technical support professional, you will provide high-quality assistance to clients in the emerging pharma and biotech industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide end-user service desk support via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Manage incidents and requests within a ticketing system.
  • Perform regular ticket follow-ups with end-users.
  • Resolve username and password issues.
  • Offer software and application support services.
  • Provide remote hardware support for laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Answer general 'how-to' inquiries related to technology.
Required Technical Skills:
  • CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows 10, and Active Directory systems.
  • Proficiency in Mac OS with at least one year of experience.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems.
  • Technical expertise in common hardware, software, and technologies: Windows, Office, iOS, laptops, tablets, Mobile Device Management (MDM), VPN, WiFi, etc.
