Job Summary

The Coordinator - Communications role is a critical component of our employee engagement and internal communications strategy. You will plan, organize, and oversee various internal events that enhance employee engagement, foster connectivity, and promote company culture. This position also requires stewarding the Orica corporate brand and associated collateral, supporting organizational change initiatives through effective communication with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in creating, proofreading, and coordinating employee communications within internal channels, ensuring content is maintained and published across key platforms.

Requirements
