Job Overview

The Office of the Presidential Adviser on Peace, Reconciliation and Unity (OPAPRU) is seeking a Program Development Officer IV to support the implementation of the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) across the organization. As a key member of the Performance Management Team, you will play a vital role in facilitating the adoption and implementation of SPMS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to the PPRMS, including facilitation of semestral Office Performance Planning/Commitment and Review (OPC/OPR), collaboration with the Performance Management Team (PMT), and assistance in planning, programming, and budgeting processes;
  • Perform secretariat functions as a member of the Performance Management Team (PMT) to facilitate implementation of the Agency's SPMS and adherence to the Results-Based Performance Management System (RBPMS);
  • Provide technical assistance/helpdesk in addressing SPMS and RBPMS concerns, assist in integrating strategic and performance processes, and participate in documentation of major meetings/activities of the Office of Strategy Management (OSM).
Requirements
  • 2 years of relevant experience;
  • 8 hours of relevant training;
  • Intermediate to advanced competency on the SPMS/Balanced Scorecard of the national government;
  • Excellent coordination and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
