This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that our organization functions align with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO) services delivery contracts.

Job Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to enforce policies and planning programs to ensure compliance. This involves maintaining detailed records of all company contracts, allowing us to manage contractual issues, disputes, and negotiations effectively.

This role requires the ability to identify and mitigate daily compliance risks, inspecting and reporting on any non-compliance issues. Additionally, the successful candidate will develop and implement preventative measures and internal controls to prevent compliance violations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement corrective action plans as necessary
  • Create, modify, update and implement policies to support compliance adherence
  • Develop risk management strategies
  • Liaise with Client Executives and Delivery Executives to ensure that all account operations are in line with contractual obligations
  • Advise management on operations relating to investment, risks and other policy development
  • Oversee contractual compliance across all managed services accounts
  • Design and manage control systems to deal with compliance violations
  • Deliver employee training on Contractual Compliance issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years of direct experience in managing multi-service ITO contracts. Additionally, they should have 3+ years of applied experience operating in a compliance organization.

Candidates should also have strong proficiency in interpreting contractual language and excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
