Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Contact Center Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large amounts of incoming phone calls, generating sales leads, and identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large volumes of customer inquiries via phone.
- Generate new sales leads by building relationships with customers.
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information to customers using various tools and methods.
- Meet sales targets and call handling quotas.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
Requirements and Skills:
- Prior experience in customer support or client services.
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
