Customer Service Representative with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in McKinley, Taguig. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and provide top-notch customer service.
Job OverviewAs a CSR for Neksjob Corporation, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling their queries, concerns, and issues in a professional and courteous manner. You will also be responsible for opening new customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Open new customer accounts by gathering necessary information and recording details accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma (old curriculum) or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Customer Service or a related field, preferably with proof of employment (Certificate of Employment/Payslip).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Typing speed: 25 words per minute.
