Job Description:

The Senior Finance Operations Manager will lead large-scale finance transformations, designing and implementing shared services operating models, and conducting business case analyses for outsourcing advisory programs. This individual will also support client account teams in business development, including leading RFP responses and developing solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading the finance workstream within a large-scale business transformation
  • Delivering As-Is process assessments and To-Be process designs, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Designing and implementing shared services operating models
  • Conducting business case analyses for outsourcing advisory programs
  • Supporting client account teams in business development

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes, particularly Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Record-to-Report. You should also have experience in finance process improvement projects, target operating model design, and setup or implementation of finance and accounting shared service centers. A basic understanding of leading finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, etc., is also required. In addition, you will need good communication, problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

* Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes
* Experience in finance process improvement projects, target operating model design, and setup or implementation of finance and accounting shared service centers
* Basic understanding of leading finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, etc.
