Job Title: Digital Marketing & Brand Design Specialist

This role is a blend of digital marketing execution and brand design ownership, ensuring every marketing campaign and creative asset is delivered on time, on brand, and driving results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver high-quality newsletters and campaigns, including building and optimizing HubSpot workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  2. Report on performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.
  3. Collaborate with the video editor to create engaging video content for social media.
  4. Produce at least 8 social posts per month, including a mix of thought leadership and client branding content.
  5. Write, format, and publish one blog post per month to the company website.
  6. Develop sales enablement collateral, including pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
  7. Import leads from Predictive Index three times per week and research ICP fit to provide lead scoring and notes for the Business Development Manager.
  8. Maintain the company's brand asset library and ensure all visuals are high-quality and aligned.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Digital marketing skills, including experience with HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics.
  • Design expertise, including strong skills in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.
  • Content creation, including confident writing and formatting of blogs, case studies, and social posts.
  • Lead operations knowledge, including comfortable researching leads via LinkedIn and preparing for sales.
  • Reporting mindset, including strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign performance.
Work Arrangement and Expectations:

This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement.

Successful candidates will be expected to disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work and reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile.
