Marketing Virtual Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Virtual Assistant to help us execute and monitor email marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing tools, exceptional organizational skills, and creativity in executing email campaigns. They should be proficient in Excel for data management and CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns using industry-standard tools.
  • Design workflows and automations in CRM software such as Go High-Level.
  • Maintain and update customer and campaign data using Excel.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, creating detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for customer engagement.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in Excel for data management.
  • Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms, especially Go High-Level.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
