The customer success role is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Job Overview:As a customer success coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience by managing orders from inception to completion with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Review incoming orders for precision, margin requirements, and artwork readiness
- Coordinate timelines with vendors and ensure orders align with client expectations
- Track orders through production and delivery, updating the work-in-progress dashboard daily
You will also be accountable for responding to client inquiries, requests, and updates in a clear, concise, and timely manner, as well as escalating challenges proactively and offering solutions.
Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of completed jobs, handling simple bookkeeping and billing reconciliation tasks, and monitoring job status to prevent missed billing or delivery issues.
Furthermore, you will maintain up-to-date order status in CRM and work-in-progress tools, flag inefficiencies or risks, and participate in workflow improvement efforts.
Finally, you will request and evaluate quotes from international vendors, identify and recommend the best pricing options to the sales team based on availability and cost, and provide high-quality support to clients throughout the order process.
