Business Intelligence Specialist

A key contributor to our organization, the Business Intelligence Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving informed decision-making through data-driven insights. With a strong background in business analysis and a keen eye for detail, you will work closely with department managers to understand their information needs and translate business questions into actionable tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain reports across departments, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  2. Design new dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear insights into business performance and operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends or anomalies and develop strategies for improvement.
  4. Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Specialist or similar role, preferably in an industry-related field.
  • Strong proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Familiarity with database management and data visualization best practices.
