Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a data expert to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions.

You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and analyze datasets from diverse sources such as Lakehouses, Dataflows Gen2, and Data Pipelines.

Build robust and user-friendly reports and dashboards to visualize trends, KPIs, and business metrics using Power BI Desktop and the Power BI Service.

Clean, transform, and model data using Power Query, DAX, and Fabric-native tools.

Perform data validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of reports.

Document report logic, metrics definitions, and data lineage for transparency and knowledge sharing.

  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources within Microsoft Fabric.
  • Build interactive and informative Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver insights aligned with strategic goals.
  • Use Power BI to develop and publish scalable and optimized reports.
  • Clean and transform data using Power Query and DAX.
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accurate and complete reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis or reporting role.
  • Hands-on experience working with data in Microsoft Fabric (e.g., Lakehouses, Dataflows Gen2, or Pipelines).
  • Strong skills in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and dashboard design.
  • Familiarity with data modeling concepts (e.g., star schema, normalization).
  • Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
