Real Estate Financial Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional with expertise in using financial management software. This role involves managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain accurate and compliant financial records for real estate properties
- Utilize financial management software, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and cash flow reports to inform business decisions
- Conduct regular financial closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure proper recording of transactions to safeguard financial data
- Monitor and report on the financial performance of real estate assets to stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Coordinate with property managers and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial data and ensure compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate accounting and finance
- Proficiency in financial management software and other accounting tools
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and real estate finance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large volumes of data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
