Salary and Benefits:

Job Description:
As a Business Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
Record-Keeping and Data Management: Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate records, files, and databases for easy retrieval.
Encode and validate data into the system, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion and security.
Process sales invoices, purchase orders, and returns, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Cross-check encoded data against invoices to verify correctness.
Monitor and manage remittances from agents, ensuring all transactions are recorded properly.
Provide clerical support to various departments, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and responding to internal requests.
Facilitate communication between departments to streamline processes.
Reporting and Auditing:
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and updates for management review.
Organize and maintain both digital and physical files to ensure proper documentation.
Perform regular audits of files to keep records up-to-date and complete.
Implement efficient filing systems to improve accessibility and reduce paper clutter.
Communication and Support:
Respond promptly to inquiries from employees, clients, or external parties regarding administrative matters.
Assist in resolving discrepancies or concerns related to invoices, payments, or documentation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
Prepare and submit reports on administrative tasks, issues, or achievements.
Support the compliance team in maintaining documentation required for regulatory purposes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Professional Experience: At least 6 months - 1 year of experience in a similar administrative role.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of office software applications (e.g., MS Office Suite).
Personal Qualities: Strong organizational and time-management skills, excellent verbal and written communication abilities, high attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
