We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Compliance Specialist to join our team at Pollution Abatement Systems Specialists, Inc. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about environmental protection and compliance.

**Job Summary:**

The Environmental Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that all facilities under our management comply with government regulations and standards related to pollution control. This includes maintaining records of permit requirements, monitoring the generation and disposal of hazardous waste, and attending meetings with regulatory bodies.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of Environmental Management Bureau's requirements and ensure compliance across all facilities.
  • Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to ensure timely submission of quarterly self-monitoring reports.
  • Act as liaison officer between EMB, clients, and local government agencies.
  • Monitor and record the disposal of hazardous waste, including manifest forms and supporting documents.

**Requirements:

  • Proven experience in environmental compliance or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
