We are seeking a seasoned CRM manager to spearhead our customer engagement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to shape player interaction and drive business growth.
Job Description:The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of pre-launch and post-launch CRM strategies to boost player engagement and retention. Key responsibilities include defining key performance indicators, creating tailored plans across player segments, and building structured campaign roadmaps for product launch and growth phases.

The ideal candidate will have experience in planning, launching, and optimizing CRM campaigns via email, push notifications, SMS, and in-game messages. Responsibilities include implementing loyalty programs, reactivation efforts, and seasonal promotions, as well as collaborating with creative and marketing teams to deliver compelling campaign assets.

The successful candidate will analyze player behavior and campaign results to improve performance. Key responsibilities include using insights to personalize messaging and offers across lifecycle stages, monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as LTV, retention, engagement, and churn, and contributing feedback on user experience and product features from a retention standpoint.

To succeed in this role, you will need 2-3 years of experience in a CRM, user retention, or marketing role within the Casino / Sportsbook / Sweepstakes space. You should have a proven ability to plan and execute lifecycle campaigns that increase player engagement and retention. Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms, as well as familiarity with A/B testing, segmentation, and campaign performance tracking, is essential. Data analysis skills, including proficiency in data platforms like Tableau or Power BI, are also necessary.
