Moxie is seeking a diligent Technical QA Specialist to ensure high-quality marketing deliverables. This detail-oriented role involves auditing and validating hundreds of tasks daily, working closely with the U.S.-based team during PH night shift hours.

Responsibilities

This position encompasses:

  • Validating Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) for ad copy, images, targeting, URLs, and UTM parameters
  • Auditing GoHighLevel (GHL) Automations for logic, triggers, workflows, and delivery settings
  • Reviewing Zapier Workflows for field mappings, logic integrity, and end-to-end automation functionality
  • Checking Google Business Profiles (GBP) for accuracy, including categories, hours, and UTM-enabled links
  • Ensuring Local SEO Elements' consistency, citation accuracy, and proper link placements
  • QA-ing web assets such as booking forms, buttons, CTAs, and basic SEO metadata

In addition, this role requires reviewing AI-generated content for clarity, grammar, tone, compliance, and brand alignment, as well as validating content outputs against prompt instructions and client voice.

Requirements

  • Extreme attention to detail and critical thinking skills
  • Fast and accurate work habits
  • Strong written English communication skills
  • Prior experience in QA, project coordination, virtual assistance, or digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points are awarded for background in marketing operations, digital QA, or SEO/GBP optimization, familiarity with HubSpot or other CRMs, experience working in high-volume agencies or tech-enabled marketing environments, and prior exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or AI prompt QA.
