About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own end-to-end QA processes for web and mobile applications
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand release scopes and timelines
  • Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans for each release
  • Conduct functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and UI/UX testing
  • Validate release candidates and approve production deployments
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using internal tools
  • Build automated test scripts where valuable, and maintain them as systems evolve
  • Maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in manual and automated QA for web and/or mobile apps
  • Proven ownership of release testing cycles in high-frequency development environments
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, TestRail, Playwright, BrowserStack, Postman, etc.
  • Comfortable working across time zones, with partial overlap with Sydney business hours
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal) and proactive documentation habits
