Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for our business-critical applications.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and provide guidance and training to users on application usage and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for our business-critical applications;
  • Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues;
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement new applications and features;
  • Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Computer Science or related field;
  • Experience working in ITIL environment;
  • Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and Windows/Linux servers;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
