Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services for our business-critical applications.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve issues, and provide guidance and training to users on application usage and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide level 2 and 3 support for our business-critical applications;
- Identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues;
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement new applications and features;
- Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science or related field;
- Experience working in ITIL environment;
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services and Windows/Linux servers;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
