We are currently looking for a Testing Coordinator in APAC.

This key position requires a deep understanding of testing methodologies and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing software testing processes from start to finish, including creating and updating test cases, coordinating test runs, leading teams of freelance testers, and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining comprehensive test strategies
  • Coordinating and executing test plans across various digital platforms
  • Mentoring and guiding team members to ensure adherence to testing best practices
  • Conducting thorough issue reviews and verifying fixed bugs
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to report risks and escalate concerns
  • Tracking and improving project quality KPIs in coordination with Testing Managers

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on software testing experience, strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, and excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Experience with the Testlio Platform or other QA platforms is preferred.
