Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Senior Research Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, developing reporting and BI solutions, and providing complex data insights to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain multiple BI dashboards and excel reports integrating performance data from various functions.
  • Gather business requirements and support stakeholders with key metrics reporting on pipeline, sales, revenue, FTEs, and other measures.
  • Determine reporting needs, source and aggregate data, and draft reports ensuring consistency across the organization.
  • Enhance data-driven analysis and automate reporting using workflows, RPA, and other tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
