Procurement Officer

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled and experienced Procurement Officer to join our team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and purchasing goods and services from suppliers.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and procuring goods and services from suppliers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Negotiating prices and terms with suppliers to ensure best value for money.
  3. Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  4. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.
  5. Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
