
Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, driving business growth, and fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Foster strong relationships between employees and management through effective communication and conflict resolution
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with fairness, empathy, and professionalism
- Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and improvement plans
- Guide managers and employees through performance-related conversations and planning
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices in partnership with leadership
- Monitor changes in employment laws and update company policies accordingly
- Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities across teams
- Support employee growth initiatives and promote a continuous learning culture
- Administer and manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness perks
- Actively contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of belonging
- Provide responsive support to employee inquiries regarding benefits and workplace policies
- Assist in the seamless onboarding of new hires and offboarding of departing employees
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
- Working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices
- Experience in local HR operations or generalist roles
