Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support, driving business growth, and fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster strong relationships between employees and management through effective communication and conflict resolution
  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts with fairness, empathy, and professionalism
  • Support performance management processes, including performance appraisals and improvement plans
  • Guide managers and employees through performance-related conversations and planning
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and HR best practices in partnership with leadership
  • Monitor changes in employment laws and update company policies accordingly
  • Identify training and development needs and coordinate learning opportunities across teams
  • Support employee growth initiatives and promote a continuous learning culture
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness perks
  • Actively contribute to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to create a culture of belonging
  • Provide responsive support to employee inquiries regarding benefits and workplace policies
  • Assist in the seamless onboarding of new hires and offboarding of departing employees
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion
  • Working knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices
  • Experience in local HR operations or generalist roles
