Job Opportunity

Outsourcey seeks a Marketing Coordinator to assist in project coordination, maintain marketing calendars, and support the team with data entry and campaign performance tracking.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in marketing support or a similar role, with excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities include coordinating client communications, facilitating timely approvals, and assisting in the preparation of marketing presentations and reports.

Additionally, they will manage administrative tasks, including invoice processing and vendor coordination, organize creative assets using shared drives, and support social media scheduling and email marketing coordination.

Key qualifications include proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management platforms, as well as familiarity with digital marketing platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
