We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support our marketing functions, focusing on social media management, content creation, and CRM optimization. This part-time remote position will play a vital role in managing multiple platforms, executing strategic campaigns, and providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.

  • Social Media Management:
    The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a cohesive brand voice across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This includes creating engaging content, monitoring performance metrics, and providing regular reports.
  • CRM Optimization:
    The successful candidate will have experience with HubSpot and will be responsible for adding, updating, and organizing contacts, companies, and deals. They will also be expected to set up basic automation workflows and email sequences, as well as segment contacts using tags, lists, and lifecycle stages.
  • Sales Support:
    The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with sales teams to conduct lead research, build prospect lists, track email engagement, and send outreach messages via email and LinkedIn.
  • Administrative Support:
    This role requires strong organizational skills, with a focus on setting appointments using Calendly and Google Calendar, and creating visual marketing content using Canva or PowerPoint.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, CRM, or VA roles
  • Bachelor's degree related to the field
  • Must have US experience
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Experience with HubSpot and other CRM tools
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, requiring the ability to work independently and manage own responsibilities. The ideal candidate must be available for 3-4 hours daily from 7:00 – 5:00 PM EST (flexible depending on negotiated hours). We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
