Job Description- As a Remote Sales Representative, you will be responsible for supporting various outbound sales initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will engage with existing and potential customers, promote products and services, and drive revenue through consultative selling and relationship building.
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and promote products and services effectively to meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions to drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.
- Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous call center experience.
- Work from home experience.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- High-speed internet connection.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up.
