Lead Verification Specialist Opportunity

Work as a Lead Verification Specialist for a luxury brand and thrive in a multicultural environment while enjoying a home-based position. You will be responsible for contacting submitted leads to confirm their interest, forwarding qualified inquiries to the appropriate retailers, accurately updating and categorizing leads in the system, securely working with customers' sensitive information, and maintaining working knowledge of our client's products and services.

What You Will Do
  • Contact potential clients to verify their interest
  • Forward qualified inquiries to the relevant partners
  • Accurately update and categorize lead data
  • Handle sensitive customer information responsibly
  • Apply industry-leading customer service practices
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our client's offerings
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages is a must)
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Positive and responsible attitude
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
