Responsibilities
  1. You will choose from a variety of assignments that align with your personal preferences and profile.
  2. You will engage with sales associates in stores or online, observing carefully and evaluating the overall customer experience.
  3. You will visit luxury stores or evaluate online, checking ambience and purchasing products as needed.
  4. You will provide honest feedback through questionnaires, using our platform to share your observations.

Qualifications
  • You must be 18 years of age or older.
  • You should have a good understanding of the automobile industry.
  • You should be passionate about automobiles and improving customer service and retail environments.
  • You should enjoy interacting with people.
  • You should have a keen eye for discreetly observing and noting various aspects of your shopping experience.
  • You should be willing to adapt to varying assignment types and industries.
  • You should be able to provide unbiased, honest feedback without personal biases and be prompt in filling out online surveys.
