Senior Customer Success Manager Job

Sophos seeks a highly skilled professional to manage named accounts and develop strong relationships with key buyers and influencers.

This role is responsible for ensuring regular check-ins to understand and address client needs and concerns, as well as partnering with the customer to build a joint plan for success.

  • Manage named accounts accountable for engagement and satisfaction over the lifetime of the customer.
  • Establish key relationships within the customer, leveraging these during the customer's lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in customer success roles, be fluent in Japanese, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Experience dealing with account spends of $80k USD and above.
  • Fluent to Native Japanese speaking ability to cater to Japan market.

Candidates should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences.
