As the first point of contact for prospects, you'll convert curiosity about safe AI into qualified opportunities whether they initiate contact or not.

The impact you will make:

  • Fill the sales funnel: Consistently meet monthly targets for sales-accepted leads and first meetings booked.
  • Create a balance between inbound and outbound activities: Convert incoming interest quickly and run focused outbound campaigns when pipeline needs a boost.
  • Inform product development: Surface prospect pain points and trends to Marketing and Product teams so we can build what the market actually requires.
  • Raise the bar for safety: Help more labs and AI-enabled enterprises discover best-in-class services like evaluation, red-teaming, and drift-monitoring.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Qualify incoming leads using discovery questions that uncover technical scope risks and buying timelines.
  • Research and prospect: Build targeted lists of AI labs, hyperscalers, and fast-growing apps, craft personalized sequences via internal tools, LinkedIn, and email.
  • Book the first meeting: Secure calendar time for Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, prep them with detailed call notes and prospect context.
  • Stay up-to-date: Track daily AI-safety headlines, regulations, and tooling updates, translate buzz into relevant talking points.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy: Log activity, enrich accounts, and report on conversion, enabling GTM leadership to forecast confidently.

Desirable experiences and skills:

  • 1-3 years of professional experience in any field demonstrating reliability, sales support, operations, retail, hospitality, or military service.
  • Comfort juggling multiple tasks, meeting deadlines, and utilizing productivity tools like Google Workspace and basic CRM.
  • Customer-facing experience where you listened, probed, and solved problems.
