Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and executing high-impact campaigns for clients across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will develop multi-channel strategies, including digital advertising, email automation, content, and social media, and measure results against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth in lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of five years' experience in marketing, with a proven track record of success in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Proficiency in Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance and optimize spend
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
