Payment Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in managing international payment processes. In this role, you will oversee and optimize our cross-border payment operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across diverse banking networks.

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing end-to-end processing of cross-border payments and bank transfers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international banks and payment service providers
  • Ensuring adherence to local and international financial regulations
  • Collaborating with the finance team to reconcile accounts and generate detailed reports on payment activities
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline payment workflows and optimize transaction costs

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in managing multi-country payments or similar financial operations
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of international banking systems, multi-currency payment processing, and financial reconciliation software
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with compliance and regulatory frameworks governing cross-border payments in different regions
  • Analytical Ability: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to analyze data and drive informed decisions
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively in a remote environment
  • Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic would be beneficial
