We are seeking a Financial Operations Associate to manage daily accounting operations.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure accurate and timely financial records.
  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper coding, and compliance with policies.
  • Manage payment runs for approved invoices and maintain complete, organized documentation.
  • Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card transactions, verifying compliance with company guidelines.
  • Audit all financial transactions in the accounting system with strong attention to detail.
  • Monitor and manage outstanding accounts receivable, proactively communicating with customers to ensure timely collections.
  • Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations, including prepaids, accruals, and other key accounts.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow analysis and ad hoc financial reports to support management decision-making.
  • Support and oversee the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and financial reporting is accurate.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with exposure to both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
  • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
