Job Overview

TTEC Digital is seeking a skilled professional to support the creation and development of proposals in response to commercial and public sector RFx/tenders. The ideal candidate will have experience in proposal management, win strategy development, and team coordination.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing requests for proposals (RFxs), capturing win themes, developing proposal plans and templates, collaborating with technology partners on content creation, and reviewing proposals for grammar, punctuation, and consistency in style and formatting.

This role requires excellent communication and project management skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple proposals simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of winning proposals by identifying key themes, discriminators, and messaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective execution of proposal strategies.
  • Manage and communicate proposal development and production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality responses.
  • Review and edit proposals for grammar, punctuation, and consistency in style and formatting.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in proposal development and management.
  • Strong background in win strategy development, team coordination, and project management.
  • APMP certification or experience with APMP methodologies.
  • Familiarity with proposal software, such as Responsive, for content management and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
