Job Summary

The Assistant Design Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and safety of design projects. This position is responsible for conducting thorough reviews of civil, structural, plumbing, sanitary, mechanical, fire protection, and electrical engineering designs to identify potential errors or oversights.

  • Civil and Structural Engineering Works: Conduct comprehensive reviews of civil and structural engineering designs to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Plumbing and Sanitary Engineering Works: Assess plumbing and sanitary engineering designs to ensure adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Mechanical Engineering Works & Fire Protection Works: Evaluate mechanical engineering and fire protection designs to verify their safety and functionality.
  • Electrical Engineering Works: Conduct detailed reviews of electrical engineering designs to verify their conformity to industry standards and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will work closely with the Engineering Design Manager to document results, communicate action items, and maintain quality assurance documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Providing expert guidance on design review processes and procedures.
  • Developing and implementing quality control measures to ensure design integrity.
