Our Team is Looking for a Key Player in Finance

">Job Description:

The Role of a Financial Analyst at our organization revolves around managing financial aspects, creating strategies and implementing them. This involves developing 5-year financial plans aligned with our business unit (RBU), leading districts' financial budgets and administrative costs, interpreting profit performance against annual budgets, evaluating financial analysis affecting district profits, recommending opportunities for profit maximization, providing and evaluating restaurant forecasts, analyzing monthly administrative costs, and developing Gross Profit Plans for districts.

Management Reporting & Analysis

  • Providing and interpreting financial/non-financial information.
  • Implementing changes in financial and management reporting.
  • Providing reports to Senior Finance Manager and Operations Director.
  • Presenting financial performance during District Team Meetings.

Financial Advisory Services

  • Supervising financial operations of districts.
  • Implementing streamlined financial activities.
  • Optimizing financial decision-making using key measures.
  • Evaluating network plans impacting financial viability.

Financial Governance

  • Ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines.
  • Interface with corporate group on restaurant requirements.
  • Providing efficiency recommendations.
  • Training internal and external clients.
  • Ensuring insurance coverage for Company-Owned restaurants.

Financial Information Management

  • Managing financial information resources.
  • Translating data into meaningful information using charts and analytic tools.
  • Developing tools for critical financial and operational information.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of Finance, Management Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science and Engineering or related courses.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in finance is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid set-up).
