Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in shaping product development from inception to delivery. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that the product meets business objectives while driving innovation and success.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to align product strategy with overall business goals.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
  • Listen to customer feedback and analyze user data to identify product solutions and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present product development ideas to stakeholders and proactively update them on progress.
  • Create product specifications and user stories, working closely with engineering and business teams to ensure clear requirements.
  • Manage the product backlog and prioritize tasks based on changing requirements.
  • Plan and execute AB tests to optimize product performance and user engagement.
  • Emphasize agile principles and methodologies to continuously improve product delivery processes.
  • Coach and mentor other product owners and team members to develop product management skills.
Requirements

We seek an experienced professional with 4-5 years of successful experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager (or similar role). You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver data-driven solutions with a strategic mindset.

  • Strong project management skills, prioritizing tasks and delivering products on time.
  • Familiarity with software engineering principles and processes.
  • Solid background in delivering software applications or improving existing ones.
  • High degree of proficiency in prototyping and growth-focused development.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and psychology.
